The Client may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without the prior written consent of Digital Pigeon.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Pigeon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time upon 30 days written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
- Governing Law
